TaxCut by H&R Block also has quite the following. There are three types of TaxCut software on the market. They range in price from $34.95 for the most basic offering to $84.95 for the top of the line program that is perfect for small and home businesses.

The question of whether or not to use tax software is one that you will have to confront. Some people find that seeing a tax professional is easier because they do not have to do much of the leg work on their own.
